Based in Almerimar, Almeria, south Spain we operate a large ship yard facility offering all marine services to the yachting and boating enthusiast or proffesional. There are competitive mooring and hard standing facilities and on marine repairs we cannot be beaten on price, offering one of the best value marine services in the whole of spain.
We have time served marine carpentry fitters who can fit anything from a partial repair or accident damage to a full teak deck installation. We also offer exterior seating refit and interior re-fit, including fitted furniture and doors, wheel rebuilds and instrument panels through to sleeping accommodation.
Not all boats require a full deck refit, and often it is necessary to replace only areas subjected to extreme weathering and rot. We regularly renovate existing decks, skimming the surface, renewing the caulking and resealing. Only the highest quality marine varnish, oils and sealers are used, ensuring the maximum possible life for your new decking.
At our ship yard facility we have two large spray workshops, one with an inspection pit and lighting. Thus at any one time, we can have two boats in for paint spraying, with sand blasting and prep work going on outside in the yard.

To compliment our two spraying workshoips, we have a powerful portable sandblasting machine which we utilise for larger hull repairs.
This quickly and efficiently removes large areas of paint or gel coat and is ideal for cutting back corroded metal surfaces. And the level of cut we require can be controlled by grit size and air pressure. After the process is completed, we can proceed with welding, epoxy filling and other surface preparations.
The treatment of osmosis and the repair of the damage it causes is another of the services we offer.
